4月18日的空英課程主題是 The Trap of Perfection（完美主義的陷阱）。

What is a perfectionist? Are you one? Sometimes it is good to be a perfectionist. We should always try to be the best we can be. But many perfectionists are actually afraid of failure. They are afraid that if they are not perfect all the time, their family and friends might get angry with them, or maybe even reject them. It is always important to try our best, but we need to remember that we don’t need to be perfect to be loved.

何謂完美主義者？你是其中之一嗎？有時當個完美主義者是好的。我們應該總是全力以赴，表現自己最好的一面。但許多完美主義者事實上畏懼失敗，他們害怕如果自己沒有一直表現完美，他們的家人和朋友或許會生自己的氣，或甚至背棄他們。盡力去做當然很重要，但我們也需要提醒自己，我們不需要做到十全十美來被珍愛。
