3月6日的空英課程主題是 About the Bible （聖經簡介）。

您知道世界最暢銷的書是甚麼嗎？聖經，您猜對了。法國文豪雨果(Victor Hugo)曾說，英國有兩本書―聖經和莎士比亞，英國創造了莎士比亞，但聖經創造了英國。美國第16任總統林肯也曾說，聖經是 神賜給人類最好的禮物。

您會想知道人類從哪裡來？ 這世界是怎麼開始的，又將如何結束呢？真有一位 神嗎？ 我們要如何認識祂呢？ 祂認識我嗎？ 死後還有生命嗎？

這些問題都可以在聖經中找到答案，Let's Find Out，只有4堂課，讓我們一起學英文，並挖掘生命的寶藏！

1月16日的空英課程主題是 Peace（平安）。
注意：上課地點改為本部2樓215會議室，請不要跑錯地點喔～

What gives you peace of mind? Have you ever felt peace during a difficult time? Are there times when you feel you donʼt have peace? We usually believe that being safe and secure gives us peace. But some people facing danger or sickness have peace anyway. And some people who are very safe and secure do not have peace. So what is the secret? If safety and security do not guarantee peace of mind, what does?
什麼會讓你心情平靜有平安？你曾在困難中感受到平安嗎？你曾否有過失去平安的經驗？我們通常以為處在安全和受到保護的環境下就會有平安。不過，有些人面臨危險或疾病，仍舊還是有平安。而一些處在安全無虞環境中的人反而沒有平安。到底秘訣在哪？如果安全感並不保證會帶來心中的平安，那麼什麼會呢？

1月2日的主題--Priorities 優先次序

1月2日的空英課程主題是 Priorities（優先次序）。

What are the most important things in your life? We only have a limited amount of time each day. How do we know which things we should put first? God, our family, friends, schoolwork, jobs, health needs, other interests? Sometimes it’s difficult to decide. We may have trouble choosing which things need our attention most. So how can we develop the right priorities?
你生命中有哪些事是重要的？我們每一天的時間都是有限的，我們怎麼知道哪些事應該優先處理？上帝、家庭、朋友、課業、工作、健康需求、其他興趣？有時，很難決定。我們可能很難決定選擇哪件事需要我們最多的關注。我們怎樣建立正確的優先次序呢？

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know. Remember the Lord in everything you do, and he will show you the right way.”～ Proverbs 3:5-6

12月5日的主題--Making Choices 做睿智的抉擇

12月5日的空英課程主題是 Making Choices（做睿智的抉擇）。

We make choices every day, some big, some small. Some are easy to make, and others are very difficult. What are some choices you make every day? What are some big choices you have made in your life? Everyone wants to make the right choices. We want to choose the right job, the right friends, the right house, the right husband or wife. Sometimes it is very difficult to know which choice is best for us. Sometimes it is easy to know which choice is right, but we really want to choose what is wrong. Where can we go for some good advice? How can we have the wisdom to make good choices?

我們每一天都要作決定，有些是重大決定，有些較為瑣碎。有些決定很容易，有些卻非常困難。你每天都要作的決定有哪一些？在你生命當中，你作過哪些重大的決定呢？每個人都希望作正確的抉擇。我們想要選擇適當的工作，正當的朋友，合宜的房子，以及合適的丈夫或妻子。有時候，我們很難知道何種選擇才是最恰當的。有時候，我們很容易就知道哪一種抉擇是對的，但是我們卻很想要作錯誤的選擇。我們能從哪兒獲得好的忠告呢？我們如何擁有智慧，以作出睿智的選擇呢？

11月21日的主題--God’s Timing 上帝的時間

11月21日的空英課程主題是 God’s Timing（上帝的時間）。

Where do you see yourself in a year? Five years? Ten? Do you have your whole life planned out? Do you try to stay open to different possibilities? Todayʼs world is very fast-paced. Many people have big dreams for the future. They want to make the most of every moment to achieve those dreams. But the Bible says, “You donʼt even know what your life tomorrow will be! You are like a puff of smoke, which appears for a moment and then disappears.”(James 4:14) This doesnʼt mean that our lives on earth arenʼt important! God has big plans for each of our lives. But it does mean we donʼt have time to waste on selfish or meaningless plans. During our lives on earth, God wants us to serve him, and to serve others.

你預期你一年後會是怎樣？五年後？十年？你的整個人生都詳細計劃妥當了嗎？你是否也對不同的可能性持敞開的態度？今天的世界步調極其快速，許多人對未來抱持著遠大的夢想。他們善用每一刻以達成這些夢想。但是聖經說，「其實明天如何，你們還不知道。你們的生命是甚麼呢？你們原來是一片雲霧，出現少時就不見了。」（雅各書四：14）這並不是說我們人生在世生命不重要，上帝對我們每一個人的人生都有著偉大的計劃。但這意味著，我們沒有時間可以浪費在自私或無意義的計劃上。我們在世的時候，上帝要我們事奉祂，也服事週遭的人。

「天下萬事都有定期，都有上帝特定的時間。」～傳道書3：1

11月7日的主題-- The Gift of Rest 安息的禮物

11月7日的空英課程主題是 The Gift of Rest（安息的禮物）。

How much sleep do you get every night? If you donʼt get enough, what keeps you awake? Some people are proud of how little sleep they get. “I only need four hours a night!” Others feel guilty if they sleep too long. They feel like a long nightʼs sleep might be a sign of laziness. Some people feel guilty if they take a vacation, or just relax for an evening. Have you ever felt this way? We really value hard work. It is easy to forget that rest is also valuable. Even God rested, after he finished creating the world. Rest is a gift from God, and he wants us to accept and enjoy this gift.
你每天晚上有幾個鐘頭的睡眠？如果你沒有足夠的睡眠，是什麼事讓你無法入睡？有些人對於他們睡眠極少而沾沾自喜。「我每晚只需四小時的睡眠。」他們覺得一夜長眠就像是個懶惰的象徵。有些人則是度假或是一晚休息就感到愧疚。你是否也有過這樣的感覺？我們都看重賣力地工作，卻忽略了休息也一樣的重要。既使神在創造完了世界之後，祂自己也休息。安息是來自於上帝的禮物，而且祂要我們接受並享受這個禮物。

10月17日的主題-- Money Matters 正確的金錢觀

10月17日的空英課程主題是 Money Matters（正確的金錢觀）。

What would you do if you had a million dollars? What would you do if you had a million dollars but you had to give it away? We all like money. There are so many great things we can do with money! We can see the world, go to school, help our families, and buy gifts for our friends. We need money so that we can take care of ourselves and our families. But of course, money can be dangerous too. We’ve all heard stories on the news about people who lied, stole, or even killed because of money! How can we keep money from becoming a problem in our lives?
如果你有一百萬元，你會做哪些事？如果你有一百萬元，但是你必須把錢捐出去，你會怎麼做？我們都喜歡錢。我們可以用錢做許多很棒的事！我們可以旅遊全世界，去唸書，幫助我們的家人，並且買禮物給我們的朋友。我們需要錢，因此得以照顧自己以及家庭。但是，錢當然也可以很危險。我們都曾在新聞上聽到人們為了錢，而說謊、偷竊，甚至殺人！我們如何能避免讓錢成為我們生命中的問題呢？

10月3日的主題-- Jealousy 忌妒

10月3日的空英課程主題是 Jealousy（忌妒）。

Jealousy is often called “the green-eyed monster.” Why green? Because hundreds of years ago, there was a very strong poison that was green in color. Jealousy is like a poison. It can kill friendships, and destroy families. The Bible tells us jealousy is like a sickness. It grows inside us and slowly destroys us from the inside out. How can we stop jealousy from controlling our lives? How can we learn to be happy with what we have?
忌妒經常被稱為綠眼怪獸。為什麼是綠色的呢？因為好幾百年以前有一種劇毒的毒液是綠色的。忌妒就像是一種毒液，它會扼殺友誼，摧毀家庭。聖經告訴我們，忌妒就像是疾病，它在我們裡面成長，慢慢地從裡面毀掉我們這個人。我們要怎樣制止忌妒對我們生命的掌控呢？我們要怎樣學習才能以我們所有的為滿足呢？
